Brett Horchar

Brett is the 2021 Crossfit Games Fittest on Earth in the Neurological division. In 2018, Brett was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and lost the ability to walk along with the use of his right arm. Spending time in the hospital, he was able to relearn the basics, walking, standing, and hand motor skills. Upon release from the hospital, Brett had found his way back to the gym and slowly rebuilt his fitness, while staying on the side of caution with his new diagnosis. In 2021, Brett had qualified, competed, and won the Crossfit Games in the new Men’s Neuromuscular division. With the title, Brett continues to train and keep his body up to competition level, while being a resource for the adaptive community in hopes to help anyone and everyone who is trying to find out how to get started on their own fitness journey.
