Brett Horchar

After a 2018 diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, Brett became the 2021 Crossfit Games Fittest on Earth in the Neurological division. With the title, Brett continues to train and keep his body up to competition level, while being a resource for the adaptive community in hopes to help anyone and everyone who is trying to find out how to get started on their own fitness journey.
