AdaptX Education

The AdaptX Education platform is a library of more than a dozen online courses designed by a diverse and distinguished group of educators and those with lived experience. The curriculum is intended to equip health and fitness professionals with the confidence and competence to design effective adaptive fitness programs, build inclusive organizational cultures, and address barriers to physical activity and better health for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.

The Unified 5k

A global inclusive road race series organized by and for the AdaptX community to gives athletes of all ages and abilities the opportunity to walk, run, or roll. The Unified 5k is more than a race - it’s a social impact initiative educating communities about inclusion and adaptive sport while fundraising to address socioeconomic barriers to fitness and physical activity
